At The Overtime Society, we started with a simple observation: life doesn’t stop at 5 PM anymore. Between campus deadlines, endless meetings, late-night brainstorming sessions, and the chaos of trying to build something meaningful, there’s an entire generation living “after hours.” We wanted to create a brand that understood that feeling — not just through clothing, but through attitude, humor, and culture. Founded in 2026 by Atharv V Gupta, this brand was built for students, interns, creators, and professionals navigating the everyday grind with ambition and sarcasm side by side.
What began as a few design ideas inspired by office culture, college life, and modern work reality slowly evolved into a community-driven streetwear label. We believe clothing should feel relatable — something that sparks a reaction, starts conversations, or simply makes someone smile during a long day. Every design we release is inspired by real experiences: the meetings that could’ve been emails, the caffeine-fueled deadlines, the all-nighters, and the moments in between.
